Greetings from the CO

LCol LaFrance, Commanding Officer

LCol LaFrance , CD. Commanding Officer Régiment de Hull

Welcome to the Regiment de Hull web site

Within these pages you will discover the origins of our Regiment dating back to 1914, almost 100 years ago already. The reader will discover the place the Regiment holds in the Canadian Forces order of battle, its role and its contribution to the security of Canada both at home and overseas. We hope that this information will be of interest to the reader as well as to those who wish to become a member of the Regiment. Whether it is full time, part time or a mix of the two, military life offers worthwhile challenges to those who want to know more about themselves and who want to work within a dynamic team. I feel sure that the Regiment offers enough variety to meet the expectations of a wide variety of individuals and so I invite you to join us and take part in the Regiment's very promising future.

The Mess de Salaberry opens its doors on the last Thursday of the month for ex serving members from 1700 to 1900hrs. Why not join us?

You may wish to join our regimental association, made up of friends and retired members who work tirelessly to support the welfare of the Regiment.

Whether you are a retired or currently serving member or even a future member of the regiment, I would like to thank you for your interest in Le Régiment de Hull and I look forward to meeting you at the Manège de Salaberry very soon.
