All Base Orderly Rooms are strongly encouraged to plan military travel (especially Air travel) within this schedule.

All persons required to travel via the IBBS must ensure that they are booked through the Dispatcher (local 1666) and that their name is on the manifest. IAW A-LM-158-005/AG-001, CF Transportation Manual, personnel on TD shall be given priority travel. All persons wishing to travel on the IBBS on leave must be in possession of a valid leave pass (CF 100) and shall be given a seat on a first come, first serve basis ­ providing there is room available. All Personnel are reminded that timings are critical. The bus will not wait for late arrivals. It is the individual´s responsibility to arrange transportation at their own expense if they miss the timings. Greyhound provides transport from EIA and the Edmonton Terminal to Wainwright on a daily basis, as listed below.
