Instructor led group cycling classes (see "Point Sweat" schedule in front foyer)
1 punching bag (gloves are available at front desk)

Do not move bikes from their original spot. Each bike is numbered to enable our maintenance crew easy accessibility to the bikes.
Stereo is out of bounds/ instructor use only
Instructor bike out of bounds/instructor use only
Clean bike after use with cleaning solution provided in the spin room
While spinning, you find there is something needed for maintenance, there is a maintenance list behind the instructor bike. Please put the date, number of the bike and what you think needs to fixed in the slot provided.
Do not move fans manually. Use the buttons provided. If you do not know how to change the speed/direction ask the front desk for assistance.
