Stress: Take Charge!

You will:
  • Understand how stress happens and different types of stressors
  • Learn the effects of short and long term stress
  • Understand stress in the military and the stress of change
  • Learn and practice coping mechanisms, relaxation techniques and how to build resilience
  • Create an action plan to work towards a positive stress management lifestyle!
Dates:
  • 2 & 9 February 0800-1600, Pre-register by 27 January
  • 6 & 7 June 0800-1600, Pre-register by 1 June



Please take note of the following:
  • Priority will be given to military personnel
  • This course is free
  • Dress is civilian attire
The course will be offered in English, but participant materials are available in French and a facilitator is bilingual.
