CFB Kingston Limestone Charity Triathlon

	Welcome to the 6th Annual Limestone Charity Triathlon hosted by CFB Kingston. We strive to make it a fun and safe race for all abilities and last year's event was a great success due in part to our great volunteers.

	All proceeds from the race will go to support the Kingston Military Family Resource Centre. The KMFRC is a non-profit organizaiton which supports and enhances the health and well-being of the military community.
